2020 Holidays/Winter Mini Sessions - Outdoor Only

Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, MuSen is taking her annual holidays/winter mini sessions outdoor only this year. Celebrate love, joy, peace, and experience MuSen's signature magical editing!

There will be two setups - one using the Christmas tree farm as the background, and one using a golden leaf backdrop (see example picture). Sample images at the Christmas tree farm are from 2019. Different props will be used.

Each session is 30 minutes, with 5 minutes in-between time for disinfection. The photographer will be wearing a mask at all times and shoot from a social distance. We will practice contactless transitions (contract, payment, image release, etc.) whenever possible and your corporations are greatly appreciated.

You will get 7 high-resolution hand edited digital images delivered through an online gallery with print release. Additional edits are only $15 per image (lowest price of the year!).

100% upfront payment is required. A $50 non-refundable fee will be withheld if cancelled by the client without reasonable advanced notice*. No refund on no shows.

Sunset is at around 4:40pm during mid-November. Since these are natural light outdoor sessions, in order to maintain the timeline, no makeup time will be provided if you are late. You will be deducted time from your session instead.

By participating in an outdoor only mini session, you assume the risk of possible event cancellation due to bad weather. Rain date is Sunday 11/22. You keep the same time slot. If both dates rain, the event is considered cancelled. The photographer will try her best to arrange a front porch/backyard makeup session at your house. If a makeup session cannot be agreed upon, you will get a full refund.

Contract and preparation guide will be emailed upon receipt of your payment. Contract will include the following information in detail. Please review them carefully. If you cannot agree with the terms & conditions, you will get a full refund and your spot will be released immediately for others to book.

2) Cancellation and refund policy
3) Images delivery and editing priority rule
4) Image release form
